3 Days Trekking in the Mountain

This short 3 days Gorilla trekking safari gives you a unique experience touring Gorillas in their biggest habitat in Uganda, Bwindi Impenetrable National Park. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park is a big habitat for Mountain Gorillas  harboring over 200 of them. The park is located in the South West of Uganda

On this tour, you will fly to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park on the first day. On the second day you will take the trek to see the gorillas in Bwindi and on the third day, fly back to Entebbe, completing your adventure packed once in a life time Gorilla Tracking experience.

This is a rare opportunity to visit some of the World’s last tracts of primeval forest – it is virtually untouched and retains an awe-inspiring collection of endangered flora and fauna.

Note: Due to lack of suitable accommodations options in Ruhija, it is possible to track gorillas while staying in Buhoma area. Transfer charges are extra and driving time is approximately 1.5 hours each way.

Important Notes on Gorilla Permits

• Gorilla Permits are US$700 per person per trek.
• Once purchased, gorilla permits are NON-REFUNDABLE.
• There is a minimum age of 15 years for gorilla treks.
• Additional Gorilla Permits must be pre-booked / paid if gorilla tracking on the additional (optional) day.
• All Gorilla Permits need to be purchased at the time of booking or a deposit equivalent to 35% of the cost of the safari paid, whichever is higher.
• Gorilla viewing is subject to availability of permits, which are limited.
